Great staff and rooms, real good stay as my first visit a couple of years ago. Cheap and updated rooms and superb bar area. Stunning and easy location close to town centre, easy to get anywhere.

Friendly and helpful, extremely pleasant stay would do so again.
The light bulbs are low energy ones and I understand that keeping costs low is an important factor in running a business. They were however very dim and my old eyes need a brighter light when reading. A stupid complaint but important to me. Everything else was great.

All staff friendly and most helpful Evening meal in restaurant was excellent as was breakfast.
Carpet in our room was badly stained but the added touches e.g. mineral water, biscuits on tray and as many more tea bags as you wish made up for that.

Friendly staff and personal touches to the room. Food fairly good as well.
None regarding he serviceand the room. Stairs were fairly steep and may be a probelm for those that find it hard to tackle them. Not sure if there was a lift.

The breakfast would have benefited from slightly more expensive ingredients. eg. the orange juice was sickly and the sausages were not the best.
